What’s your return policy?
All products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked, for a full refund or exchange for a different product provided that:
  • We can validate the purchase at our website. Amazon and Houzz returns must be processed directly through those websites.
  • If a product has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged in transit you must document the damage upon receipt.
  • Other than original manufacture’s damage or damage while in transit, the items returned must be in good condition, unwashed and without excessive wear and tear.
  • You must return with all original packaging and instructions.
Before returning a product you must get a Return Authorization Number from our Help Desk. Upon receiving the product we will issue a full refund to the same credit card the item was originally charged on. If you paid by check we will mail you a check issued to the name of the person in the original check and mailed to their address on file. Please note that to return a Lift Chair you must contact our Help Desk to arrange for delivery and pay shipping charges, shipping insurance, and a 15% restocking fee.
How do I ship an item back to you?
You have to disassemble the product, place it in its original box, include the Return Authorization Number, and send it to the address provided by our Help Desk. Please read the answer below if you’re planning on returning a Lift Chair.
How do I return a Lift Chair?
Contact our help desk so we can help you arrange the shipment of the Lift Chair back to our warehouse. We will deduct the shipping charges, shipping insurance, and a 15% restocking fee from your original payment. Please note that you must pack the chair appropiately to avoid any damage while in transit.

What type of warranty do you offer?
All our products have a Limited Warranty, which you can read in full in our manuals section and which have been summarized below by product. How do I track my shipment?
You can go here to track your shipment. If you bought a Lift Chair please write or call us with any shipping concerns.
How do you ship your products?
All our products, with the exception of the Lift Chair, are shipped using Fedex Ground services. We’ll dispatch your order as soon as possible after your place the order, within two days at the latest. Fedex Ground reaches most areas of the continental US between one and four days after shipping. Bear in mind all our orders ship out of our warehouse in sunny Miami, Florida.
How do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the American Virgin Islands?
We work with different carriers to reach those areas not serviced by Fedex Ground. Shipping is free everywhere in the USA but speeds vary. Please contact our Help Desk for specific information regarding your location.
What’s the fastest way to get a shipment?
We try to move as fast as possible with every shipment but can only offer the Fedex Ground option at this point. Place your order before noon on a weekday to get our fastest possible dispatch and shipping option.
How do you ship your Lift Chair?
We work with an independent company offering white glove service. They will deliver the Lift Chair to your home, will open the box and set your Lift Chair on the room of your choice. At your request, they will also remove all packing materials. Our Help Desk will be involved every step of the way to assist in the coordination between with the delivery company and yourself.
How do I coordinate the Lift Chair drop off?
The delivery company will set up a delivery window at which time someone must be at home to receive the chair, indicate in which room it should be placed, inspect it for any damage, and decide if they’d like the delivery company to take away the packing materials. Our Help Desk will assist throughout the process.

What’s the weight and dimensions of the Bed Assist, in its box and once unboxed?
The Bed Assist’s box measures 34x 14 x 9 inches and weighs 11.5 lbs. Outside the box the Bed Assist (fully extended) measures 20 x 11.50 x 40.50" and weighs 10 lbs.
What’s the recommended weight for the Couch Assist and the Bed Assist?
Both products have been designed only for users up to 250 pounds.
Will the Bed Assist wok on a single bed?
Yes, the Bed Assist can be installed in a single bed.
What’s the biggest bed the Bed Assist will work on?
The Bed Assist can be installed in any bed from American sizes Single to California King.
Can the Bed Assist be installed with a light weight mattress?
No, the Bed Assist will not work on light weight foam, air, or water mattresses.
What’s the weight and dimensions of the Couch Assist, in its box and once unboxed?
The Couch Assist’s box measures 34x 14 x 9 inches and weighs 19 lbs. Outside the box the Couch Assist (fully extended) measures 39 x 8.5 x 36.50" and weighs 17.5 lbs.
Are there couch and arm chairs height and depth limits for the Couch Assist?
Yes, the Couch Assist can only be installed in couches and arm chairs measuring from 26 inches (between legs) to 31 inches (between legs)
Does the Lift Chair come with a emergency power pack?
It does not.
What’s the recommended weight for the Lift Chair?
The Lift Chair should be used only by those up to 300 pounds.
What are the weight and dimensions of each Motion Detecton Light?
Each light, along with its mounting plate, measure 80 x 80 x 15 mm.
How often do the Motion Detecton Lights have to be charged?
We estimate that with an average use of one to two times per night, the lights will run out of battery every two to three months.

How do I clean the Couch Assist?
Use a damp cloth to dust off the Couch Assist’s frame, or use a mild, non-toxic disinfectant (such as Seventh Generation All Purpose Natural Cleaner). Then apply a wood cleaner (such as Seventh Generation Wood Cleaner) to clean and condition the wood

Maintaining your chair by regularly applying leather conditioner (such as organic Chamberlain’s Leather Milk Leather Care Liniment No. 1) will preserve it and maintain its condition for decades. the chair is stained gently apply a leather cleaner (such as Chamberlain’s Leather Straight Cleaner No 2) to remove them.

How to place an order?
Visit the product detail page or go directly to the Store, to pick an item you wish to buy. Tap Add to Cart. When you've finished adding items to your cart, tap the Shopping Cart icon. Tap Proceed to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions. Review your order information and tap Place your order to complete your purchase.
Can I call you to place my order?
Absolutely. We work during office hours in Miami but you can always leave a detailed message and we’ll get back to you very soon.
